FINH was founded by David Harland in 1995 using his skills gained through a background in the investment banking industry. FINH succeeded, built a strong reputation and grew steadily to become a niche finance and accounting organisation within the Queensland market.
David grew up around the dynamics of an extended family in business. In 2000, David recognised that family businesses in Australia had needs that were not being met. He built and trained a team of people with the expertise and passion to enable FINH to address that market need.
Today, David and a team of core staff ensures that all decisions made on behalf of a client within the Fully Integrated Family Business model (whether it be regarding accounting, succession, tax, funding, or whatever) are made with total reference to all other decisions made for that client... to achieve maximum overall effectiveness for the business.
