Role Overview

The Corporate tax planning consultant is responsible for:

  • Proposing tax strategies and structures for small to medium entities
  • Value added work such as: Succession planning, Business Valuations and Performance Analysis

Principal Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Research and preparation of advice on taxation issues
  • Research and preparation of business valuation matters
  • Market development

Qualifications and Experience

Experience

  • 3-5 years experience preferably gained within a large Accounting firm
  • Solid experience in providing tax advice to organisations and high net worth individuals
  • Proven track record in performing valuations
  • Exposure to performance analysis (involving KPIs) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MYOBAO, BGL Simplefund, BGL CAS or other accounting softwares a plus

Qualifications:

  • CA/CPA Qualified is preferred
  • Further studies in the financial services sector highly regarded

Remuneration

Remuneration will be based on the experience and suitability of the candidate.
