Professor Ken Moores AM, former vice-chancellor of Bond University is Non-executive Chairman of FINH.

Moores is also founder and a director of the internationally-recognised Australian Centre for Family Business at Bond, a director of Family Business Australia Ltd, and chairman of National Park Pty Ltd which owns and operates the now fourth-generation O’Reilly’s family group of companies.

Professor Moores has served as Australian President of the Accounting Association of Australian and New Zealand (now AFAANZ) and on committees of both CPA Australia and 1CAA. In 2002 he was joint runner-up in the ICAA/Zurich Business Leader of the Year Award. In 2003 he was honoured by Gold Coast City as one of its “unsung heroes” and in 2005 he was made a Member in the Order of Australia for his service to academia and the accounting profession.
